About the role
This role plays an integral part in the smooth operation of the service division. Leading a team of electricians, you will be responsible for the daily operations whilst being committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role demands a high level of organisation, multi-tasking and the ability to prioritise.
A typical day
- Following up on job status’ and ensuring timely completion
- Handling high workloads with multiple priorities
- Communicating with clients in a timely & professional manner
- Collaborating with other divisions on project updates
- Answering calls & emails
- Logging jobs and managing the workflow
- Coordinating the team for effective operations
- Preparing quotes & invoices
About you

- A high standard of numerical skills and accuracy
- High level of interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Competent skillset in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills with excellent stakeholder engagement ability
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and drive to succeed in the role
