Helix Flight is a leading manufacturer of mechanical forming machines and predictive software for the sectional helix niche needed by a myriad of equipment globally. They supply their technology directly to other large OEM’s and sectional helix specialist manufacturers globally.

An exciting opportunity has presented in a sales support capacity for a person with a genuine interest in mechanical principals whilst also being customer service focussed.

You will be providing technical support and solutions to existing and new customers, preparing cost estimates and quotations for machines or parts, actioning customer orders and delivery schedules, managing the process of delivery and booking sailing. A key component will be scheduling product demonstration to clients, driving remote commissioning, safety induction and training support via documents, video suite and zoom calls. You will also be part of lead generation and sales.

The core skills required will be a solid practical mechanical engineering experience, a strong aptitude for training, excellent computer skills, spread sheets and word. CAD/inventor and knowledge of working with a CRM system such as Hubspot or Salesforce an advantage.

A significant advantage would be a technical understanding or experience with PLC driven mechanical or hydraulic automation, technical sales of major mechanical sales, mechanical engineering fabrication or machine operation and training.

What is essential to be successful within this role will be high energy levels and the initiative to drive this key role for the organisation. Our client is also willing for the right person with the right attitude to look at a more entry level person with requisite skills. Full training will be provided.
