Trust Account Administrator
Our client is a leading real estate company with eight strategically located offices throughout Hamilton City. They cater for a variety of real estate needs including residential, lifestyle/rural properties & investment properties. An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated person to oversee a variety of finance functions including:
- Trust account reconciliation and management
- Payments to solicitors
- Collating and paying agents’ commissions
- Debtor invoicing and reconciliations
- Processing sales and receipting property deposits
- Supporting the company accountant
We are looking for a person with a variety of skills – someone who enjoys numbers, people and problem solving. Your accounts skills will be strong, as will your ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Proven time management skills are essential along with high levels of accuracy. You will be part of a small team within head office, therefore an adaptable, flexible approach is essential.
