The Quay Body Corporate team is dynamic and focused on delivering outstanding results to their clients, currently managing over 400 Body Corporates.  In this position you will be reporting to the Manager of Accounting Services, and your responsibilities will include:

·       Producing annual Body Corporate reports

·       Reconciling income and expenses

·       Raising annual levies and building insurance levies

·       Checking general ledger codes

·       Oncharging costs to property owners

·       Support for receipting and bank reconciliations

·       Assisting with the processing and reconciling of creditor invoices

·       Liaising with Body Corporate Managers and Owners regarding queries

·       Providing backup to receptionists

·       Supporting Body Corporate with other tasks as required

A key area of development will be the opportunity to learn about the preparation and reconciliation of year end accounts, so a great opportunity for someone who wants to continue developing their accounting skills.

Full training in all systems and processes will be provided within a supportive environment.
