About the opportunity

This newly created role has a primary objective to achieve on time delivery and fulfilment through developing a high performing team committed to exceeding customer standards. You will be responsible for delivering robust inventory management processes as well as onsite warehouse operations, off-site storage and 3PL services. You will ensure high standards for productivity, customer service, and quality.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have several years’ experience in supply chain with a focus on inventory control, and a sound understanding of the principles of warehousing and logistics. You’ll be a solution focused leader who will engage and empower your team to succeed in a fast paced and adaptive environment enabling continued growth. Every day you thrive on creating a seamless operation due to your passion for efficient processes, effective systems and a meticulous attention to inventory integrity. 

Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

  • Proven work experience in supply chain; an FMCG, food or dairy background is a plus!
  • Ability to lead and manage a team in an adaptive and fast paced environment
  • Success working with an ERP system and supporting applications
  • Intermediate use of Microsoft Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • A curious mindset with a logical approach to problem solving
  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement ability
