Marketing & Property Coordinator

Based in central Hamilton, our client prides themselves on being at the forefront of the commercial property sales and leasing market.  The team is very driven and successful, and part of that success is attributed to the support provided by the administrative and support expertise in the business.

This role is very varied, therefore we are seeking a person who enjoys a combination of routine tasks, and challenges that require reactiveness and flexibility.  These will include:

  • Loading new listings on a variety of platforms
  • Preparing property files and proposals
  • Compiling marketing reports
  • Coordinating newspaper advertising
  • Designing and coordinating signage
  • Procurement of marketing material and consumables
  • Database management
  • Ordering property titles and LIMs
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with diary management, administration and technical support

This position requires balancing multiple requests, deadlines and responsibilities simultaneously while delivering highly accurate results.  A proactive approach combined with exceptional time management skills is essential, along with respect for highly confidential information.  You will demonstrate a passion for technology and be comfortable dealing with low level IT issues.  Experience with InDesign, Photoshop or similar will be well utilised, along with your understanding of marketing functions in a fast-paced business.
