At Asset Recruitment we like to work in partnership with our clients. Our more than two decades in the recruitment industry has proved to us that this is the most successful way to ensure you find top quality candidates to fill positions.

Below is an outline of the process we follow with our clients to ensure we find you the very best candidates.

Step 1: Meet and greet
As a valued client of Asset Recruitment, we first like to get to know you. We want to understand what it is about your company that makes you unique, and why others like to work there. By meeting with you and gaining insight into your company culture, we can find better candidates that have the right fit for your business.

Step 2: Advertising the role
Once we understand what and who it is you are looking for in a candidate, we will advertise and market the position you have vacant. If we believe we already have someone suitable on our database, we can skip this step, but we like to provide you with several candidates to choose from.

Step 3: Screening candidates
As your recruitment partner, we take the hassle out of searching for candidates. We’ll do a preliminary screening of candidates we believe are suitable for the role you are looking to fill so you only have to choose from the cream of the crop.

Step 4: Successful placements
We pride ourselves on successfully placing candidates within our clients’ business. However, we are also the first to admit this process isn’t always easy. While we try to get it right, there are some occasions that we won’t, but we will work to ensure this doesn’t happen very often if at all. We’ll also let you know what market conditions are like and what type of candidates you can expect.

Step 5: Ongoing recruitment support
We endeavour to build an ongoing relationship with each of our clients, to provide you with recruitment support as and when you need it. Our team of recruitment specialists have experience in temporary, permanent, industrial and executive replacement, across a range of industries so we can find a suitable candidate for whatever role you have vacant.
